Rite Aid 11/15 - 11/21 & Next Weeks Gift of Savings promo

I would wait until next week to do any major Rite Aid deals. Starting next Sunday, the new Christmas GOS (Gift of Savings) promotion will be going on. GOS is a program when you spend a certain amount at RA, you get a Savings Certificate back.

You will have a few weeks to enter all your receipts into the Gift of Savings website. When you spend the required amount, you will receive a Gift of Savings Certificate for the amount specified.

There are some exclusions, but I would enter all receipts anyway. As soon as the website is live, I will remind you of the program.

Spend between $25 and $50 and receive a $5.00 Gift of Savings Certificate
Spend between $50.01 and $100 and receive a $10.00 Gift of Savings Certificate
Spend $100.01 or more and receive a $20.00 Gift of Savings Certificate

P.S. The GOS Certificates are like a paper gift certificate. They have a few exclusions, but can be used for almost anything in the store.

Now the fun part of all this is that they calculate how much you spend by how much each item is. They DO NOT figure in your coupon savings! So say you buy a $29.99 Contour Diabetes Meter. You use the $30/1 Q from a few weeks back, pay nothing except $2 (ish) in tax, it will still count as $29.99 towards your Gift of Savings!!

I have never participated in the GOS before, I have always been to swamped with the other stores but we have a Rite Aid in my little town now so it will be easy to do the deals!

However, here are the deals for this week, if you see something you cannot live without, then by all means go & get it.. but personally I will be waiting for next weeks GOS promo to start!! :)
